Communication and customer care has been outstanding and the hand over of the vehicle was so easy and efficient .
Mark had everything in place and was so organised and transparent.He explained about the warranty and we received all the relevant paperwork .
Everything he promised us was in place which was so refreshing as that hasn't always been our experience when buying a second hand car.
I loved that he took the time to explain the process to my son so he felt included.

We had a problem with the car in the first few weeks and Mark took ownership of the problem .He went out of his way to collect and return the car so my son wasn't inconvenienced.
I would definitely recommend this garage and we feel we have received a first class professional service ! Thank you so much Mark

Excellent buying experience at Avon Motor Company with Mark. I bought a Volvo V40 with low mileage and full service history, and was able to test drive with no fuss and absolutely no pressure selling of any kind. A couple of very minor cosmetic issues were rectified without quarrel, and Mark went out of his way to ensure that the car's infotainment and navigation was up to date, all free of charge. After 2 months of ownership, I'm still very happy with every aspect of the vehicle.

All in all a very straightforward, honest and fulfilled experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and Avon Motor Company to anyone.

We have just purchased an MX5 from Avon Motor company after searching for one online for a while . Unlike other garages their website is kept up to date , so meaning when you ring to make an enquiry you don't get the "sorry it sold last week" story ! Which can be very frustrating !!They took our car in part exchange and gave us what we felt was a very fair price, we had already applied for finance for the balance , but Tim found us a better deal which was very straightforward to apply for . A great experience buying a car from Mark in March 2023. Advert seen via Autotrader initially. Spoke to Mark on the phone who was able to provide useful information about the car which helped us to decide to go and view the car. The vehicle was exactly as described and there were no surprises when we viewed it, unlike some other garages we had visited. This has the feel of a genuine family run business. Throughout the negotiations Mark was fair and offered to ensure that any safety related advisories on the MOT test were dealt with included in the screen price before we collected the car.
